Finally finished!!!

Well, after nearly 5 years in the making, it is up and on the wall! This Noah arc quilt is from a Debbie Mumm book. Just love all the animals.

Have also sewn together a quick quilt from a jelly roll. This has to be one of my favourites, decadent victorian. Have decided to make the quilt bigger and have ordered another jelly roll to do so. Stay tuned for more progress on that one!

I am currently working on some Christmas decorations, I know its still months off, but it creeps up on you! Besides I am awaiting delivery of fabric to start on the dinosaur quilt!

A little something finished!

Unfortunately, I have been unable to do much sewing, with kids being sick, and then school holidays.... I was however, able to complete a little hand sewing. The first being a rose, which I started at a workshop at the craft show, learning how to colour stitcheries. The second a cross stitch for my little boy. Poor kid complains that I never make anything for him, so thought I had better do something about that! Hoping to get back to quilting very soon, and finish a quilt hat has been nearly five years in the making!!!

A new bag!! (not another one....)

Well, after the craft show last week, I have been inspired to finish some things off. Here is a bag I made this week from a kit I got from the show. I don't exactly love the colours, but I love the design!

I'm heading to the Craft show in Sydney tomorrow, can't wait. I thought to myself I need a new bag to take with me to put all my shopping is. So today I whipped up a quick tote bag in a gorgeous fabric I found hidden in my stash. Now I'm all set to go shopping.

Some X stitches

Some bags I have made

Some quilts I have made

A machine embroidered cushion made as a gift recently.

I'm a bit of a noahs ark collector , so of course I had to make a wallhanging!

Here are the two raggy edge quilts I made for my girls. I purchased the squares off ebay, all prefringed! Such a quick and easy quilt!

Here is the front and back of a quilt I made for Jeremy. Very simple, but he loves it

Here is the quilt I made for Hannah. It is the first quilt I made. It has butterflies quilted in the border, not that you can see it.
